# Multies

> Multies is a work app for teams: mail on your own domain, tasks, chat, docs, forms, meetings, contacts and agents, with a REST API and an MCP server.

Each developer docs page is also available as Markdown at the same path plus .md (text/markdown).

## Key facts

- Data residency (checked 30 October 2026): Multies does not offer Australia only storage today. Your workspace data, including mail synced from a connected mailbox, is stored in our database in our hosting provider's Oceania region, and our app servers run in Sydney. Some supporting services run outside Australia, mainly in the United States. Each one is listed below with the data it sees. Store by store: https://multies.si/trust.md
- Try it without a client mailbox: Open the live demo. A sample workspace with made up mail, tasks, docs and deals. No sign up, nothing of yours goes in, and it is deleted after 24 hours. On busy days the demo rests until the next day. Take a free test address. Sign up free and take an address like yourname@mail.multies.si. Send and receive real mail with it, try tasks, chat and meetings, and leave every client mailbox where it is. Up to 50 sends a day. Connect a real mailbox only when you are ready. Connecting a mailbox copies its mail into Multies, stored in the Oceania region. The original stays at your provider. Removing the connection deletes our copy and its password straight away.
- Connections available today: Existing mailboxes (IMAP); Calendar feed; Contacts, calendar and tasks files; Incoming webhooks; Outgoing webhooks; REST API and MCP server; Your CRM or industry platform, through webhooks or the API (no ready made connector).
- Planned, not available yet: WhatsApp enquiries in the shared inbox.
- Pricing (prices in AUD, excluding GST): the Free plan is free forever (1 domain, 3 mailboxes for 3 people, 3 GB, 3 agent inboxes). Add-ons per business, never per person: Extra domain A$1 a month per domain; Mailbox pack A$3 a month per 5 mailboxes; Storage pack A$2 a month per 20 GB; Send boost A$2 a month per 1,000 sends a day; Agent inbox A$1 a month per inbox. - Yearly billing: Pay yearly and get two months free: a year costs 10 times the monthly price. Monthly billing stays available at A$5 a month or more; below that, add-ons bill yearly only.
- Launch code: New subscriptions can use the code LAUNCH30 at checkout for 30 percent off the first 3 months of monthly billing. It does not apply to yearly billing, which already includes two months free.
- Referrals: Share your workspace's referral link from Settings, Billing. When a workspace that signed up through it makes its first payment, and that payment is not refunded within 14 days, both workspaces get a credit worth one month of the new workspace's add-ons (at least A$1, at most A$20). Each workspace can earn up to 12 referral credits a year, and referring your own workspace does not count.
